Amazing vegan ramen

Had no idea that we would find the best food of our trip at a ramen restaurant that was not previously added to Happy Cow.

Having eaten ramen many times in Japan I can confidently recommend both vegan ramen bowls. They were seriously delicious with great attention to detail.
