Delicious & authentic food - Edit
Plenty of vegetarian answers vegan options, especially for local standards. I went with a Vietnamese friend who really liked the food as well and said it’s authentic Vietnamese food. The owner was very friendly and allowed my friend to bring her dog and was friendly to the dog as well (also gave her a bowl of water).

I had the stir-fried noodles with Tofu which were really good. They also have a vegetarian noodle pho, a vegetarian pancake, vegetarian noodle salad and vegetarian Fried Rice. I think the pho and stirfry are also vegan. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, had a great night overall.

Een paar vegan opties. Eigenaar staat er voor open en is ruimdenkend. De gerechten zijn niet persee met uitgesproken smaken. Papaya salade zat weinig smaak aan. Niet zoals ik het herinner zoals in Thailand.

De Vietnamese pannenkoek was beter van smaak en boordevol groenten.
De tahoe met groenten was lekker, maar veel te prijzig voor dat wat je geserveerd kreeg.
