Dennoch, wenn man sich mal gönnen will oder mit Omnis unterwegs ist, auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

As a massive Biscoff fan I was hesitant to order the pancakes in fear they wouldn’t do me justice but I have to say they were pretty delicious! Served with banana, blueberries and strawberries, the pancakes themselves are quite thick and doughy and the biscoff dries out your mouth a little bit but the agave is the perfect syrup on top !

Read moreDie Pancakes waren ein bisschen zäh. Die Aufstriche lecker, aber eben nichts besonderes. Es gab sechs Schälchen: 2 hummus, Avocadocreme, Marmelade, Butter und eine Art Frischkäse zu nur zwei Scheiben Brot - wie viel soll man sich denn da draufschmieren? Da ich kein Fan davon bin, die Hälfte wegschmeißen zu lassen, würde ich mir kleinere Portionen und dafür auch kleinere Preise wünschen. 15€ für eine Platte, wo außer Rührtofu nichts außergewöhnliches drauf ist, finde ich schon etwas viel.
Den Kellner, von dem wir bedient wurden, fand ich sehr nett. Die Atmosphäre war auch angenehm.
Fazit: kann man Mal machen, muss man aber nicht.

Read moreIch hatte das Pilz-Avocado Brot und die vegane Version der Nutella Pancakes. Beides äußerst lecker! Meine Omni Begleitung hat ihr Essen auch genossen. Schade fand ich, dass es keinen Cappuccino gab. Dafür war die Mango Himbeer Limo sehr lecker.
Wenn ich nochmal in Leipzig bin komme ich wieder! Man sollte am Wochenende reservieren

I went there with my boyfriend to get some coffee and pancakes (as a dessert after our previous lunch somewhere else).
Read moreIn the beginning I asked a waiter if we can sit outside and he said we should just go there by ourselves. There was only one table with no people but it hat lots of plates frome the previous people on it. I sat down and thought someone would come to clean but it took a long time and we couldn't order. Then a waitress came, she was really nice and cleaned our table as well as took our order. The food biscoff pancake was okay the cold brew was good. But unfortunately the straw had lipstick on it and was dirt, also the salt and pepper things have been broken and looked really dirty.
The Cafe has a nice esthetic for pictures but overall I will not go back.

The Location and food is very Instagramable, you can definitely take nice photos here. The service was nice, but rather average. The vegan dishes are clearly marked and there is a good selection. We ordered the dishes ‚Waking up in London‘ and the tofu scramble with vegan sucuk. Both were not cheap but very filling and tasty

Wir waren jetzt zweimal da und wurden beide Male enttäuscht. Das Essen ist relativ geschmacksneutral (beim Kuchen mussten wir raten welcher Geschmack das war). Die Limonade schmeckt nur nach zerdrückten Himbeeren mit Sprudelwasser. Cappuccino gibt es nicht und auch auf Nachfrage war es nicht möglich einen Flatwhite mit nur einem Espresso zuzubereiten. Die Bedingungen waren überfordert und sehr passiv oder arrogant. Noch dazu sind die Preise wirklich happig!

I had the KFC - salad (Korean fried cauliflower) with e.g. vegan feta, avocado, nuts etc. (~15€)
The portion size was good and filling.
Their vegan biscoff pancakes were delicious, too.
Staff was friendly.
I can imagine to come here with omnivores or for a special occasion.
Reservation is recommended, we were lucky to get a table without.
You should also bring enough time - it took quite some time until we received our food. Both - mains and dessert.

The food was great. However. the whole thing was spoiled by a waiter who was perhaps the rudest one i have ever met in my life. After spending 210 eur on breakfast (including 20 euro tip for a lovely lady waiter) we wanted some water. Before heading out. The waiters were very busy. So, perhaps mistakenly, I asked my son to bring one of the water bottles from the bar, that were constantly being filled with tap water from the waiters (who were using them to bring small glasses of water to the tables). The specific waiter the came to our table seemingly angry, took the water bottle back and mumbled something in German. I then politely asked for water. Being arrogant and still being very rude, he said I have a choice of small mineral water bottles or tap water in the large glass bottle he just took from us. I said, tap water please so he came back with the same bottle, after adding some mint and some lemon. For about ten minutes he was talking about us with the other waiters in German and when we were about to leave we were charged 5.90eur for the TAP water. We of course paid (it wasn’t a matter of cost) and then I asked to speak to him and he rudely sent the lady waiter over. When I insisted, he came to me (after serving a couple of tables and ignoring me) and the chef came out as well. I told him that he was rude and he spoiled our family fun and he replied that the water is chargeable (while the other waiter insisted the water should not have been charged). The chef just sat there and thanked us for the compliments on the food and the feedback. Not a sorry from anyone, no offer to fix things, nothing. Not going back despite the lovely food. These guys do not know what “respect” means.

This cafe is truly fantastic. I would highly recommend making a reservation for your weekend brunch though, because it fills up quick! I truly had an amazing meal out of the vegan English breakfast dish, and got myself a pot of housemade tea as well. Will be coming back every time I’m in Leipzig!

Ich hatte das vegane English breakfast mit Bohnen, Kartoffeln, Champions, tofurührei und veganer Wurst. Das Essen war lecker, allerdings hat das tofurührei wenig mit rührei zu tun. Es gibt viele vegane und vegetarische Gerichte. Der Kaffee schmeckt echt richtig lecker. Das English breakfast würde ich mir persönlich nicht nochmal bestellen, einfach weil es nicht mein Geschmack ist. Die anderen Gerichte (Pancakes, vegane Frühstück oder die Bowls) würde ich jedoch gerne einmal probieren. Die Location ist schön und das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt mussten wir auch nicht lange auf unsere Getränke oder essen warten😄

They have a lot of vegan options and the pancakes were really good. The scrambled tofu didn't taste like egg at all and the guacamole tasted like it was good the day before. The bread was good and the dressing from the little salad was also really good. Everything else was not really my thing.

We had a complaint because we ordered the normal sized pancakes and got the mini. They were nearly euphoric abut that and super thankful for the complaint. That was kind of weird.
All in all it was okay, but I wouldn't go there again.

We love the vegan options. A lot of non vegan or veggie options can be modify so you can have a vegan variation. It’s nice because you don’t “just” have overnight oats or sweet stuff for breakfast. You can also have salty things. Only thing what I didn’t like is that some vegan modified variations are more expensive than the dairy or meat version.

An epic experience. We were stunned by this place even before the food arrived. Everything about this place is right. The esthetic's are awesome, the music really atmospheric, tableware so nice and perfectly chosen. I am regretting not to live in Leipzig and not be able to come more often to this place. It is a peace of art in every aspect.

Much can be veganized. Modern restaurant, two floors, beautiful decoration. Drinks, salads, pancakes, hearty croissants, bowls, vegan cake, coffee, english vegan breakfast and much more. Opened April 2022, so some trouble with organization but never mind. In the middle of town, five easy minutes by feet f/ central train station, close to city shopping area.
