Try the 'Changa - Edit
Many things on the menu can be made vegan, and none the staff I've met so far has batted an eye when I asked about vegan options. And the food is *really* good. My favorites are the vegan 'Changa and the chilaquiles.

Five stars! - Edit
One of my favorite Mexican places in Atlanta! Their k-so is delicious. Today I had the chimichurri tofu tacos without queso fresco, and they were so good. My mom got the tres hermanas burrito, and we split the salsa sampler. They have a great big patio area. I also saw that they have brunch on Saturday and Sunday with vegan options. Would love to try that some time!

Love Elmyriachi - Edit
My husband and kids are vegetarian and my parents and sisters are vegan. We all love Mexican and this place is delicious! They are so gracious about reasonable customizing - I prefer black beans to tofu.

Good food, good vegan options - Edit
Their beans and rice are vegan, their staff is knowledgeable about veganism as well. They have a good amount of vegan options and things that can easily be made vegan by omitting dairy or substituting meat with tofu. For example, the chimichurri tacos with tofu, and no cheese, or the taco salad with no cheese/sour cream. They have some specifically vegan options as well, like the vegan ‘changa. Very good. They also have vegan queso which I think is made out of beans.

Pros: Good vegan options , Good atmosphere/outdoor seating options
Cons: Busy and usually loud

Tex Mex vegan options - Edit
Elmyriachi is my go to when I am craving Mexican food in my neighborhood. This restaurant offers tacos, burritos, Chilaquiles, Chimichanga, and Chiles Poblanos all made with tofu as a vegan option. You may have to request no cheese. I have had the Thai Burrito a couple times minus the egg and it is pretty pleasantly spicy. It has onions, large chunks of bell pepper, broccoli, mung bean sprouts, rice, and my very favorite- peanut sauce. It is served all rolled up in a flour tortilla and big enough for two meals. Pair it with their crispy perfectly salted corn tortilla chips and it's so good! The staff is very accommodating with vegans.

great vegan options - Edit
Elmyrachi is very vegan friendly! I love getting the tofu chimichanga with no queso. I always consider getting the already vegan 3 sisters burrito, but always decide to get the chimi. The patio is a nice outdoor dining experience too.
