No vegan options - Edit
Nothing on the menu is labeled vegetarian or vegan, but they have a Beyond Burger. However, it comes with cheese and on a brioche bun so I asked for it without both. They then came back to tell me that the Beyond Burger is made with animal tallow and therefore not vegan. I checked just to make sure, and the Beyond Burger is 100% plant based (https://www.beyondmeat.com/en-US/products/the-beyond-burger), so they must have a knock off brand that they are calling Beyond Burger on their menu? All in all ended up with plain pasta in olive oil, unsure of what they charged me for it.

They don't have the black bean burger anymore. They have a beyond burger but the bun and sauce are not vegan (butter and mayo, respectively). Wound up with a side salad but they were willing to put a beyond patty on it.

I am going to give this place a try again based on your review. The last few times I had been at EBC, the bean burger they had was extremely mushy and was pretty tasteless.

Impossible burger - Edit
They have added the impossible burger to their menu. It's fully vegan on the menu, so no need to modify the order. Delicious.

Usually get a salad or black bean burger which is huge! Not too many other vegan options that I remember but the burger is filling. I love the atmosphere here and I wish they had a few more vegan options!
