Decent - Edit
Some pretty decent Lebanese. Quite posh environment. I ordered way too much for one person, every item is larger than you’d normally expect

Nice experience - Edit
The dishes were very tasty. Both the pizza on the photo and the falafel wrap are vegan. The staff knew what vegan options were available and spoke very good English.
Read moreWe visited another restaurant from this chain the day before, and this one here is much, much better. The ambiance is much nicer, here you have a lot more space, and the decoration is far superior. The atmosphere was very pleasant. You can also enjoy a lovely walk along the promenade afterwards.

Amazing Lebanese food - Edit
Lebanese food has vegan options by default, and this restaurant definitely knows how to get the taste just like in Lebanon! The experience was amazing.
Read moreThey have fully vegan options:
Lentil soup, humus, baba Ghannouj, Muhammara, garlic potatoes, stuffed wine leaves, 3 salads, falafels.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the falafel and the lentil soup.
Pros: Taste, Quantity of options, Décoré

Exciting food in great ambiance - Edit
The restaurant is located in the centre. The facilites are very beautiful, and the outdoor seating too! It is a little pricy, but totally worth it. Would recommend.

Bummer. - Edit
Ordered this food to my hotel and half the bread was smothered in melted cheese. Lentil soup tasted way off, so I assume some sort of animal broth. Hummus and baba ghanoush extremely oily not in a good way.

Food, folks and fun - Edit
This is officially my go-to when I’m in Pudong. Lots of (admittedly accidental) vegan items on the menu- obviously the hummus, baba ghanouj and felafel- but try the manakish. Ambience in the restaurant is pleasant and upscale, and the outdoor seating area is spacious.

Bigger, Brighter, Better - Edit
Eli Falafel has gone form strength to strength from their first small restaurant this third venue is huge, it could easily fit the other two restaurants inside, plus there's outdoor seating and right on the bund. It was too hot to sit outside so we sat indoors with the lovely air conditioning. I noticed a few additional options at this location, we tried the spicy potatoes (Batata Harra) which were fresh, delicious with plenty of garlic and not too much spice. Their house made hummus is the best, the quality of the ingredients can be tasted and it's perfect with the puff bread, if you go for nothing else then just the hummus will satisfy. I had my usual falafel wrap & my girlfriend just has falafel which comes with cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, mint, pickles & tahini, the falafel are amazing, so crisp, fresh & tasty. There are plenty of good options for vegans and vegetarians including: Lentil soup, Tabouleh, Fattoush, Quinoa chickpea salad or Falafel salad plus they do flat bread pizzas, a falafel topped one & the Manousheh Za'atar which looks delicious, will try it next time.
Read moreWent here with vegan friends so we had the trio of dips that come with veggies & the amazing puff breads, we also had the chickpea salad which was so fresh and tasty. The spicy potatoes are great, we tried the falafel pizza and Manousheh Za'atar, both were great, we were all pleasantly stuffed.
