Lacking oomph, lovely staff - Edit
Amazing location, wonderful staff and service, but the food was largely average. Starters of a traditional bruschetta but on polenta and an aubergine twist on the same were tasty, curry tofu was okay, cauliflower roast was pretty bad. Flavours did not work, dry cauliflower in unfathomable sauce, which looked nothing like the pic on the menu. Staff were great and struck the item from the bill, but a place offering a fine dining experience and vegan menu needs more imagination and execution.

A must experience for the view and food - Edit
Based on the many reviews of this restaurant on Happy Cow plus the fact they had a separate vegan menu, I just had to experience it. Oh my goodness! I did not expect having a beach side table, watching the sunset - what an incredible setting! That alone was worth it! However the food was delicious and beautifully presented. I started with a non alcoholic cocktail Kiwi Fizz - refreshing. They served me bread with vegan butter and olive tapenade. So many choices for appetizers and mains! I wanted to try something different ( which was also recommended by my server ) which haven’t eaten in over 30 years - vegan French onion soup. It was a favourite when I was omni and vegetarian. Delicious! For my main, I chose Madras style curry tofu with rice and vegetables which was tasty. There were three desserts on offer and I chose the caramelized pineapple with coconut sorbetto on top. An absolutely memorable dining experience from start to finish ! Highly recommended to try Elements when visiting in Aruba. When booking, ask for a table by the deck’s edge for a clear sunset view. Truly unforgettable!

Perfect setting for dinner - Edit
We stay at Bucuti every year in February. Love having the option of eating lunch or dinner right at the resort and not worrying about if there will be vegan options or not. If you have questions about an item on the menu, the staff go above and beyond to find out the answers to make sure the food is vegan (or compliant with other dietary needs).

Amazing Vibe - Edit
The vegan food was amazing! The chef and waitress were so accommodating, and even gave us additional options! The separate menu makes it easy to feel at ease, and makes you feel welcomed as a vegan. We spent Valentine's Day there, and wouldn't want it any other way! When I go back to Aruba, I will absolutely stop by to get some great vegan food with a great view.

Great Vegan Food at an Unbelievable Location - Edit
This place makes you feel special from the moment you are seated. Feet from the sand and sea with you own special menu. Numerous vegan choices for appetizers, entrees and desserts. Our server, Christian doubled as a sunset photographer. Open Table said no reservations, but we walked over and were able to get in the next day. Make a reservation when you book your accommodations--this place should not be missed.

Great vegan options, poor service - Edit
It does not seem typical from previous reviews but lunch service today was unacceptable, even though it wasn’t crowded and there were 3 waitstaff for about 10 tables of diners.
Read moreSalad took one and 1/2 hours to arrive. We had to order a drink at the bar because after waitress took our order, she didn’t return for over 1/2 hr (and we decided on drinks after she left).
After salad, onion soup took another 1/2 hour to get to us. Soup was ok, vegan cheese not melted, not super hot, I think they forgot and rushed it. Gnocchi came directly after, it was delicious but in total took over 2 hours to get all our food, after being seated right away (with reservation). They have a separate extensive vegan menu, it’s pricy but typical for the island. Lovely beachside location.
We asked for discount, waitress said manager offered soups for free. But we ended up getting all food for free because waitress couldn’t find our order on computer, only our drinks. So that was a bargain!
Maybe it was a new waitress? She said the kitchen was backed up. Not sure why, maybe a hotel function? We might try again for dinner, hoping for better service next time, since so many good reviews on here!
Pros: Separate vegan menu, Beautiful beachside location
Cons: Unreasonably slow service, today lunch at least , Onion soup didn’t seem cooked enough.

Worth the drive - Edit
Elements restaurant on Manchebo Beach is a must try for all vegans travelling to Aruba!!! Not only is it a beautiful setting (watching the sun set and the cruise ships head back out), but they have a separate vegan menu which has a very good selection of choices (appetizers, mains and dessert). The appetizers we had (French Onion Soup and Eggplant) were off the chart amazing! I ordered the Potato Gnocchi which I loved and my husband had the Roasted Cauliflower which was excellent. The onion walnut jam that accompanied it was ridiculously yummy.
Read moreOur vegan bellies were feeling pretty full but we still opted for dessert: carrot cake for my husband and mango sorbet for me. Take note: the desserts are a healthy size so might do well to share!!
Robinson, our server was very friendly.
Taxi ride from Noord was about $12.00 which wasn’t bad.
Pros: Separate vegan menu, Beautiful setting overlooking the beach , Amazing flavours
Cons: Don’t take cash…just credit , Birds stole my bread when we got up to take a pic

Always great to support a restaurant with a separate vegan menu so first want to give them a shout out for the effort. Loved the onion soup. Caesar salad and tofu curry were good but not quite as good as the soup. Prices reasonable. Service was good and sunset was a delight.

Great Meal - Edit
This would definitely qualify as Fine Dining. And it was not unreasonably priced($71 USD) for both of us is not outrageous. I am vegan and my wife is not, so there was plenty of options for both. A separate vegan menu. The vegan French Onion Soup was fantastic! Had to take a cab from our hotel and back, but it was worth it. Would go again to try other items. #Veganuary

Elements restaurant has plenty of vegan options, from appetizers to desserts, which makes it a great place for vegans and non-vegans to go to. The food was very good and not extremely expensive considering it is a very nice restaurant and that the portion sizes weren’t extremely small either.

Great sunset dining and delicious carrot cake - Edit
This restaurant is popular during sunset and a great place for special occasions. I wasn't blown away by the food, particularly given it was supposed to be gourmet. I ordered gnocchi in a tomato sauce with vegetables (unfortunately, the gnocchi tasted store-bought and not the softer, homemade gnocchi I've had in restaurants before) and my partner ordered a lentil 'steak' (a soft pattie) with grilled vegetables and a flavourless mashed potato round. We felt it was pretty pricey for such simple food, but the portions were okay. The appetizer of garbanzo bean and palm heart fritters were tasty, but the eggplant arepas weren't that interesting in flavor (we only ordered them because the avocado dish wasn't available). The best thing on the menu was actually the carrot cake with delicious almond-flavoured ice cream and strawberries. It was a decent portion too.

Nice menu. Great Atmosphere. - Edit
They have a great selection as they have an entire vegan menu plus some options on their regular menu. The pumpkin soup was delicious, though I could have done without the gnocchi in it as they were bland and didn't add much. The cashew cheese tacos were a bit too sweet for me and all guac in Aruba leaves something to be desired, but it was pretty good when you added the avocado cream sauce to it. The pumpkin cake was delicious - nicely spiced and decently moist, but the ginger ice cream that came with it tasted mostly like vanilla soy ice cream. The vegan Pina colada was good - heavy on pineapple and light on coconut tho - just glad to finally get one I could be sure was dairy free! The atmosphere was beautiful. Wait staff was very friendly. My non-vegan friends very much enoyed the lunch buffet. Lunch was not overly expensive.
