Great little street food place - Edit
Right on the corner with a very unassuming storefront. But the owners and the food are a standout. Big selection, 100% plant-based, and everything we tried was made fresh and very tasty. Portions were typical.

Very extensive menu of traditional taco stall options (all veganised). Lots of options of fake meats. Expertly prepared by the very hardworking lady who runs it. I went twice and both times left very happy and satisfied. I had a huraches for the first time and it was banging 👌

Cenamos auténtica comida mexica hecho todo por ellos desde el queso(de almendras) hasta la no carne de los tacos, quesadillas, etc. Simula el alambre, chorizo, bistec y al pastor a la perfección. Muy muuuy recomendable!! Repetiremos mil veces!!

Favorite vegan tacos - Edit
These are by far the best vegan tacos in San Luis. Every taco, baked potato and dish they serve is great. Javier (owner) has put a lot of effort into creating vegan versions out of very tricky meats (like "machitos"). We love the family who runs it, they are great people and fill the place with expresiions of kindness and love.

Read moreHe told me he learned to be a chef in an Italian restaurant in Ohio for two years before opening this place on his own 7 months ago. Vegan food is a hard industry in the land of pastor y arrachera... So I imagine his food is incredibly under appreciated in the heart of Mexico. If youre vegan/veg/ happy to eat vegan... You must try it while you're here.
It's amazing!
Homemade cheeses, Seitan, chorizo.... Everything he does himself. Even his tortillas are delicious... And his salsas also. I would highly recommend stopping by to try some tacos at the very least. Incredibly well priced!
Pros: Entirely vegan, Authentic mexican, Really great owner!

This is like eating at any authentic little Mexican casual place, the only difference is it's 100% vegan. Tacos, gringas, papas, quesadillas, tortas, aguas and more options. Everything was surprisingly amazing, as the place isn't special looking or anything. We went back our second night as it was delicious and decent prices
