Lots of options - Edit
The majority of their vegetarian dishes can be made vegan. I’ve gotten a few vegan items that aren’t on the menu and they’re great. Their drinks are wonderful and so are the beans and rice.

Visited here once with non-vegans and nobody loved it. Seems that they compensate for flavor with a lot of cheese.
