Vegan Mexican food that is so good

They can make you tacos or burritos that are vegan. You can do a vegetable filling with beans and rice or just beans and rice as the filling. Salsa and guacamole are vegan as well. Fresh veggies and corn tortillas. They sell out each day!

Pros: Beans and rice, Salsa and guacamole , Clean truck and fresh veggies

Cons: Hours. I wish they open more often.
