Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican restaurant with a separate vegetarian menu that lists how to make each dish vegan, such as by asking for no cheese and add tofu or mushrooms. Will use separate cook spaces and cookware upon request. Rice is not vegan as it contains chicken broth. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-11:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-8:30pm.

Separate veg menu, caring staff! - Edit
I had a long talk with one of the owners, Rebecca, about vegan cheese recipes. The entire staff really seems to care about doing right by the vegan community. The current options are delicious, the staff educated me on all the substitutions they made to make my meal vegan, and I’m excited to see where they take their menu from here!
