Best Mexican Place in town and willing to make changes to be vegan friendly!

I love everything I have ever eaten at this place!! It was a favorite before my husband and I went vegan and after inquiring we have found several good options here to still enjoy! Their refried beans are made in house with oil not lard so Vegans can enjoy them. They also have the best chips & salsa!!!

I have had the following delicious meals….

Nachos Supreme remove cheese, meat and sour cream and added grilled onions. They will also let you get guacamole on it but I’m allergic.

Vegetarian E - 2 Mushroom Quesadillas remove the cheese and ask for it dry grilled to avoid butter. I get it with refried beans no cheese.

Taco Salad - I verified the tortilla was vegan, removed meat, cheese and sour cream and added some grilled onions.

Extra vegetarian fajitas - I get them with beans no cheese and no sour cream on the salad, flour & corn tortillas are fine. I also request no oil to avoid the extra fat.

Pros: Delicious food, Willing to make adjustments to accommodate , Will dry grill or cook without oil if requested

Thank you so much for your thorough review! I'm vegan and eating here for the first time tonight, and you saved me having to ask all the usual questions. Yay!
