Not a lot of vegan options but they were super accommodating - Edit
Service was amazing and they bent over backwards to accommodate a vegan diet. We ended up with the veggie fajitas with no rice (chicken base) and beans-request no cheese. The guacamole has sour cream so we asked for avocado slices instead and make sure you let them know no cheese or sour cream. I’m not sure about the flour tortillas, we had corn. Most have butter flavor-dairy. In an area with little to no vegan options, we were happy to find something to eat that was actually very tasty with amazing service.

Had great difficulty with simple requests (eg no meat) - Edit
I asked for no meat in a wrap, just any veggies they might have. It came loaded with chicken. My wife's quesadilla came with no cheese (she's vegetarian, and didn't ask for any modifications). They seem to struggle with just taking or filling an order but the server seemed competent but did seem surprised at me requesting no meat.

A Vegan in Meatville - Edit
There are not a lot of vegan options in this area of TN, so we jokingly say we are in “Meatville” when we visit Sevierville. Therefore you can understand that we were relieved to find this restaurant. They have a vegetarian section in their menu book but none of those cheese based items could be made vegan… but thankfully they have vegetarian fajitas in the fajita section of the menu which can be made vegan by leaving off the cheese, rice (cooked in chicken broth) and the sour cream. Also, be aware, they will bring two dips with your chips … a tomato based salsa which is vegan… and a bean based dip which is NOT vegan as it has cheese in it.

Great atmosphere, had the vegetable fajitas no sour cream, no rice. Also got the guacamole especial, it was great. The beans had cheese on them so be sure to ask them to hold that. Would eat here again.

Needs more knowledge on vegan - Edit
This restaurant has a great environment and friendly staff however the staff doesn’t seem as knowledgeable about vegan food. Thinking the Rice was vegan you could taste animal byproduct such as chicken Broth . It would be very hard to get a complete vegan meal here unless they update their lack of ingredients and knowledge.

Somewhat capable of vegetarian, but not vegan - Edit
They have a vegetarian menu, but they aren't good at vegan. Their rice has chicken stock and it accompanies their vegetarian entrees. Our visit was full of mistakes.

My vegan husband and I ate here yesterday. It changed hands a couple of years ago, and is now El Paso. He enjoyed the vegetarian fajitas. My vegetarian quesadillas were below average. Vegans and vegetarians shold be aware that several dishes on the Vegetarian part of the menu include rice, but the rice is NOT vegetarian.
