Un obrador vegano en pleno centro de Madrid - Edit
Este sitio es una auténtica maravilla, aunque es pequeñito su mostrador se llena cada mañana de repostería recién hecha como no hay en ningún otro obrador de la ciudad. Aquí puedes probar rolls de hojaldre, palmeras con distintos toppings, brownies o napolitanas y también comida salada informal como focaccias rellenas o empandada. Al probar cualquiera de sus platos te das cuenta de que todo está hecho con mucho cariño y siempre tiene alguna novedad o sorpresa de la semana junto con buenos cafés, algo perfecto para empezar bien el día.

Muy buenas opciones dulces y saladas en este nuevo obrador de Lavapiés. Siempre tienen croissant rolls con rellenos muy ricos, empanada, tartas, napolitanas y brownie y todo está muy bueno. Suele haber opciones sin gluten y cafés muy ricos.

Tienen una oferta impresionante de pastelería dulce o salada, todo casero, me decidí por su croissant roll y ha sido un acierto. Muy recomendable y la atención de la dueña es muy buena, de verdad hay que apoyar más a este tipo de iniciativa. El Obrador de La Paka is amazing for its multiple choice! I have done a take away and eaten later at home, and everything was fresh and delicious. All the ingredients are tasty and during the Semana Santa you cannot miss the torrijas, which is heaven.

Read moreAppearances are deceiving. El Obrador De La Paka deceived me into believing I bought an inferior product, but it was only a lack of quality control. In reality, I was served an exceptional pastry.
When you create a pastry, uniformity is key. Differences leave people feeling that they received an inferior product after receiving a pastry with a small smear of cream on top. I was duped (in a good way) Because more cream was layered inside.
The pastry was phenomenal. The fluffy and velvety pistachio cream pairs wonderfully with the flaky cronut texture, and the pistachio crumble adds a wonderful texture.
I want a great pastry with all the comfort of uniformity. I want to believe I am getting something worth my money before I sink my teeth in. Luckily, the depth of El Obrador De La Paka's products is much deeper than I thought.

El Obrador de La Paka is a sweet neighborhood bakery offering vegan versions of Spanish treats.
This review concerns their 2good2go experience, an app offering discounted food. I commend them for using this app to ensure that food (no matter the quality) makes its way to people. Edible food should never be thrown away because of a mistake in presentation or an impending expiration date.
The baker is a lovely and warm lady, greeting everyone with a smile. Her infectious attitude beckons you to buy the products. Because most of our order was composed of seconds, we added some melted chocolate. Everything was good.
El Obrador de la Paka drips sweetness. It deserves to survive and thrive.

Dans cette petite boutique qui ne paye pas de mine de l'extérieur, vous pourrez trouver de nombreuses pâtisseries plus ou moins traditionnelles aux goûts originaux. Mention spéciale aux palmiers chocolat blanc/citron vert qui étaient vraiment délicieux.

Super cute bakery with sweet and savory choices. I got a chocolate croissant and it was pretty dry. It might have been better if it was heated, but it was just so dry that I threw it away after a few bites. I'd try something else next time.
