Nada recomendable a mi parecer - Edit

Excellent choice in Puebla - Edit
They have a separate vegan menu (which is basically the same as the vegetarian section on the regular menu). The “basket of tacos” (3 small potato tacos, and 3 of refried beans, on a bed of sautéed onions) was delicious, although I might have preferred the vegetable enchiladas in mole. My companion really enjoyed the grilled vegetables and the guacamole. (And the meat eaters enjoyed their meals.)

Disappointing and Terrible - Edit
Skip this one. The menu was uninspiring, the veggies were underprepared, and the cost was expensive. I literally paid $35* USD for carrots, green-beans prepared three ways - as in one dish served with a red sauce (it tasted like a bottled bbque sauce), one served without a sauce with some under-cooked unseasoned potatoes, and one smaller dish serving as the worst amuse-bouche I have ever had (literally a green bean with some salad dressing). They didn't have a vegan version of mole poblano(and this is the one dish that Puebla is famous for) because it appeared that the only dish they served it with contained a food I am dealthy allergic to.
Read moreThis restaurant is like a set back to 1990 when you went into a fine dining restaurant and asked to have a plant-based meal and they sent out vegtable side dishes, or removed the meat and charged you for the full plate for your meal.
The wait staff was friendly, but looked totally confused everytime they put a dish before me, like he knew I was totally getting ripped off. (maybe I'm projecting this one, but he did seem confused and almost apologetic when he put down the check).
I have not been this insulted as a customer in a restaurant boasting a vegan menu for years. And this is the very first restaurant that I have felt so compelled to give such a blistering review to -- because they presented a vegan menu, and the regular menu items being served were gorgeous, so I feel like they are capable but are choosing to not elevate their skills for plant-based.
* this was solely for the food. To put this in context to other priced dishes, like In CDMX, I have had beautifully crafted and amazing vegan dishes for $10 - $15 USD at fine vegan restaurants, walking away deliciously satisfied, or vegan tacos equivalent for $1 - 2 USD that had more thought put into them than this place.

Pros: The ambiance is beautiful, The meat dishes looked amazing :(
Cons: Rediculously over priced for vegan menu, Uninspired dishes - cerca 1990, The veggies were under-prepared, undercooked

Meh - Edit
The food here is really not great. We came because we wanted a place with both vegan and meat options to accommodate our group. None of us enjoyed what we had.
Read moreThe bread they gave us to start the meal was mediocre and was followed by a small starter of nopales on a tortilla chip. The tortilla chip was too stale to eat.
I had the enmoladas with poblano mole. The endmoladas were filled with carrot, zucchini, and green beans that were a touch above raw. All 4 of our plates were somewhere on the scale of cold to warm, not hot.
We were recommended this place by 3 separate people but honestly, I wouldn’t return.

Good but expensive - Edit
The tortas were tasty, and the salads was quite unusual (in a good way).
Read moreThey offer something different in the city, and it is good food, fresh ingredients and it looks good.
The restaurant itself is a colonial Building which is nicely decorated. It is pleasant being there.
But it doesn't worth the price according to me.
Pros: Restaurante lindo, Sabores nuevas
Cons: Caro , No muchas opciones veganas

Disappointed especially for the price - Edit
For being the most expensive place I had ever eaten at in Puebla, I was expecting something a little more enjoyable than the food I love at Coco y El Alacran, for example. But sadly the enmoladas were not fully edible. The mole was too chocolatey, the almost raw veggie sticks inside the tortillas were unseasoned. It looked beautiful, and the staff is attentive. Also they don’t make you feel stupid for not knowing the rules of fine dining. I didn’t finish my food or ask for a take home box. Beautiful decor only goes so far. I literally made better mole myself the very first time I did it. I’m no slouch in the kitchen, but I’m not a chef either.
Read moreMy non-veg friends enjoyed their meals. We split the lime sorbet, which was tasty, but not three times as good as similar nieves from street vendors.
Pros: Beautiful decor, Made my friends happy , Helpful wait staff
Cons: Expensive and not good

The best restaurant in Puebla - Edit
Wonderful location, fantastic service and delicious vegan food. There is a fully vegan menu where you can try many traditional options. Every single dish is super tasty. You must try it and you will love it.
