Pretty good, no guesswork - Edit
The menu clearly states that the beans are vegan-friendly but the rice is not (made with chicken broth). So for a vegan fajita meal, just specify extra beans instead of rice and no cheese or sour cream. Easy!

Good place to eat but limited options. They have clearly labeled that beans are began but rice is NOT vegan. They haven't had vegan meat since before covid. But the fajita Yucatan is a great choice and is huge we usually share with 2 people. And beans dip for chips! But it is good!!

Yummy food, not a lot of Vegan options - Edit
Many options for vegetarians, but not as many for vegans without modifications. Menu is clearly marked with vegetarian items and that beans are vegan, but rice isn't. I got the veggie fajitas. They were very good, just wish I didn't have to order no cheese, sour cream, and rice. They also have the best margaritas.

Yummy fajitas - Edit
The menu is clearly marked with vegetarian options including beans being vegan friendly and rice not. I always get the Veggie Fajitas or the Veggie Fajitas Yucatan and make sure to tell them no rice, no cheese, no sour cream, and extra beans. I love the fajitas. The chips and salsa are just ok. They have a great margarita menu.
