Few Choices - Edit
There were only two items listed as vegan. Both were wraps. The filling of the one we got with nopales was good. The tortilla that it was wrapped in was just okay. The server was helpful by volunteering that the rice is cooked in chicken stock.

Really good salsa roja - Edit
A couple vegan options and many vegetarian options. Their salsa roja is sublime! And I really appreciate the note on the menu that says all sauces are meatless - it's a question I hate to ask.
Read moreI had a cheese enchilada and a chile relleno and really enjoyed both, despite the fact that I am a big city food snob from San Francisco :). They had a dessert special the day I was there - homemade lemon ice cream with raspberries - not vegan, alas, but very good.

Vegan options in San Simeon. Make sure you specify vegan as their quac has sour cream. I got the taco salad with tofu it had a good amount of tofu. I wish it had more beans. Beautiful restaurant with views of the ocean

Great vegetarian and vegan options! - Edit
They will substitute tofu and/or fajita veggies for meat and/or cheese in any dish. All of their sauces are meatless, including an AMAZING mole! I particularly enjoy the tofu enchilada with mole sauce, and the tofu fajitas. They have a full bar and a lovely ocean view dining patio. My favorite Mexican restaurant anywhere!!

Food was good but I ended up paying way too much - Edit
We got 2 tofu fajitas and the waiter asked us if we wanted rice without telling us that it was going to cost an additional 12$. Not very cool
