Cozy, Spanish bar - Edit
El Castillo is a cozy, local place. The staff are usually quite friendly and generous. They have a separate vegan menu, including a vegan 'menu del día' with a starter, main plate, dessert, drink and bread, which is a good deal (although it's a lot of food!). You can also order the vegan items a la carte.
Read moreI've gone a number of times because I live close by and probably have tried all the vegan options. They are all pretty good but nothing especially stands out as spectacular.

Home made vegan food - Edit
Unfortunately the chef (who is vegan) was not working when we visited and 2 from our 4 dishes was not properly heated. Still, the taste was really good. We had the vegan chorizo, the portobello croquettes, nachos with guacamole and the vegan burger. The burger was our favorite. The chorizo really tasted like "the real stuff". We would definitely come back when the chef is working. They also have a vegan lunch menu.
