Amazing restaurant! - Edit
This was my groups favorite dining experience in Cartagena and as the only vegan I agree! The staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. The vegetable paella was made vegan and confirmed that animal broth is not used. Yay!! It was so flavorful! The smoked beet appetizer was equally as delicious. The live music, intimate seating, and presentation of dishes blew us away. Highly suggest. Make sure to make a reservation.

Vegan Paella, Nada Más - Edit
Nice spot in the walled city. Mid-scale atmosphere and attire. The vegan paella is the only entree available for vegans. It’s not an automatic vegan dish, so be sure to request it vegan. It was decent. It could have used more flavor and spice. Had a better paella in Switzerland. Go figure. Still, nice ambience, and excellent service. The bread and starter dips were delicious. They just need to add more vegan-friendly dishes.

Terrible for vegans - avoid - Edit
Gorgeous fit out and super friendly staff. Unfortunately the only *single* dish that is possible to be made is a Paella (after negotiating to have it made not with Chicken Stock) which I ordered and was completely tasteless. No starter options or dessert options offered whatsoever, even after lengthy discussions… just the tasteless Paella. A really big shame that they could not be more accommodating as I was happy to spend more money on more courses and more cocktails.
