Not really a good option for vegans - Edit
I came as Tripadvisor stated vegan options. Was hoping for coffee and cake but on the menu was one salty option. They have no cakes and only oatmilk. I tried the ice tea and it was too sweet for my liking. What a shame Apfelgold which are supposed to have vegan cakes and good coffee is currently closed for the holidays. Was rather craving for some great vegan coffee and sweet options.

Cons: Only one vegan option / salty dish, No vegan sweet treats , Only oat milk as plant based milk option

relatively the best coffee & snack - Edit
Perfect café for a stop after exploring the city, w a living room atmosphere. We stopped to have vegan cappucino & their sweet snacks. Vegan milk alternatives are soy & oat, currently they offer a rubarb & strawberry cake & an apple vanilla streusel cake, both delicious.

Perfect service and very good coffee - Edit
The service was very good and super friendly. The coffee is amazing and we can highly recommend the vegan Croque Monsieur with melted vegan mozzarella, pesto and semi-dried tomatoes.

Quaint café at historic location - Edit
This café is located in the building where Albert Einstein developed the theory of relativity. It doesn't offer a huge range of vegan options but vegan certainly get by for the occasional visit. Note the extra seating in the upper floor.
