Edible - Edit
They did not have hummus, I asked. I got a lackluster whole wheat bagel fit to make a New Yorker cry with a small plastic canister of JIF peanut butter, which choosy moms indeed do not choose. If I were to do it over again, I would roll the dice and try avocado on an everything bagel. Then again, who knows what that avocado is. Does it come from a prepared mash at Einstein HQ and is defrosted at the airport location? Is it fresh scooped? I dont know. I didn’t go hungry nor did I get sick which is good for the airport I spose. Cheers

Cheap Bagel Snacks - Edit
If you're looking for a selection of vegan bagels, you can't really go wrong here. Also they're pretty cheap for airport food. I just got 2-3 of them for a long transfer.

Skip it and go to Starbucks or Dunkin - Edit
Waited for 15 minutes for a burnt almond milk iced latte and a plain bagel. The only non-dairy milk they have is almond, which is arguably the worst plant milk for coffee. I asked if they had any spread options that are not cream cheese and I was told no. So I ate my little bagel dry. If you’re going to wait, just wait for Starbucks which has better coffee and also plain bagels or Dunkin which also has better coffee and the beyond sausage.

Horrible for vegans as always - Edit
No vegan cream cheese spread. Einstein bros sucks for vegans. They claim to have options and then don't ever bother making those options available in airports.
