Dedicated Vegan/Veggie Options & Great Dessert - Edit
Always happy to have a dedicated menu for Vegan options, there were quite a few repeats / minor adjustments on there to build it out so small cities in for lack of variety (e.g. garlic bread / garlic with vegan cheese / garlic with tomato / garlic with 1/2 of each listed as 4 different options on the appetisers)
Read moreThe almond tart and vegan ice cream was really good! The best vegan dessert we’ve had in a while!
Pros: Dedicated menu for vegan / vegetarian , Dessert options were good , Beautiful looking pub from the outside
Cons: Menu repeats / lack of variety , Vegan / veggie menu not offered as standard

Wonderful separate vegan menu - Edit
We went on Easter sunday to Ego, and ordered from the very nice vegan menu. We had the roast, it was wonderful, and we also had a lovely frangipane tart for dessert. It’s cozy and nicely decorated with really polite and pleasant staff, and open fires too! Highly recommend.

Several vegetarian and a few vegan options - Edit
Group of 2 vegans and 2 vegetarians and we were all able to have a different main course! Food was tasty and well presented. Vegan options could have been more adventurous (the usual falafels, roasted veg pasta, etc) but they were nicely done. More vegan desserts though please!
Read morePros: Vegan options clearly marked, Lovely staff and good service , Nice surroundings (we dined in the garden)
Cons: Slightly expensive but not bad value, Could have been more vegan starters, Only vegan dessert was ice cream

This is now called EGO . Has a separate vegan menu . Had the garlic mushrooms on bruschetta to start and vegan paella for main . Both were decent sized portions and delicious . Too stuffed to try dessert . Really wanted the crumble and ice cream , maybe next time
