yummy lattes - Edit
I had two! matcha lattes with oatmilk and my partner had a normal coffee latte. delicious! the cafe offers some baked goods, at least one was vegan. the manager(?) with a buzzcut was very mysterious. we asked him about the properties in the area and what Nottingham is like. he said he's from big cities himself, spent his childhood in Singapore and Brighton and is used to lively living, but he came to Nottingham and just never left. he looked out the window while he pondered at each word he was uttering, and the sun lit up his face. the whole place and the conversation was very entrancing and we will be coming back to confirm that this is in fact a real place, because we felt like we were in a movie scene. we are moving to Nottingham and it seems like everyone we spoke to isn't originally from here but has no intention of leaving. good place!

Great coffee, I had the cardamon roll which was okay but that’s only because I don’t like cardamon, it was a bit dry though (cinnamon rolls were out) will try that and the banana bread next time

Read morePerfect for breakfast, lunch or coffee and snack. Ideal for locals, tourists, students. From the welcoming greeting as I walked in the door, to the excellent vegan food, I was so pleased to have found this independent cafe and it’s lovely owners.
All food and drink is vegetarian and everything on the menu is either listed as, or can be made vegan.
A real gem.
