We wilden hier laatst eten maar werden zo ongastvrij ontvangen dat we weer zijn vertrokken, naar het Indonesische restaurant een paar deuren verder, waar we ons wel welkom voelden.

What a lovely place this is. The food is great. We had a vegan shoarma which tasted amazing! So many fresh ingredients and lots of flavour. They have juices made from local fruit… delicious! The coffee was good and the waiter was very nice and helpful.

One of my all time favourite restaurants, friendly staff, great ambiance and amazing food! Plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices. Also they have a few fish and meat options, so there is something for everyone.
My recommendations on the current menu to try are the mushroom croquettes and the risotto, sooo delicious!

You don't pay for seperate dishes, but for the number of courses. There are more vegetarian and vegan options on the menu than fish/meat, though there were only 2 vegan main dishes available. The starters (vegan taco and tom kha soup) were extraordinary in flavour, but our main courses (lentil salad and gnocchi) were a bit unimaginative though they were of good quality. The main course is served with a side salad and fries with mayonaise. We had to wait an awfully long time for our food, so this restaurant is not suitable if you're looking to get a quick bite. Overall, I think this place makes for a good dining experience, but it is quite a bit overpriced for what you get

Very mixed experience but overall not worth the price. We ordered a super interesting mango & chickpea soup that was great. However the main dish was the most expensive plate of roasted vegetables we've ever paid for & the fried gnocchi that came with the dish literally oozed oil. Overall very disappointing experience for vegans with high hopes.

We had starters and main dishes.The starter which was eggplant and coucous was fine.the main dish was vegetables with Gnocchi and both were too dry and fried to death.Even though we were the only people in the restaurant the food took ages to come.Would not go again.

Enorm veel keus en flexibiliteit voor veganisten, en vriendelijk personeel! Alle groentes waren vers en enorm smaakvol, was zelfs niet erg om langer te wachten op de asperges die nog geschild moesten worden voor de soep. Ook mooie locatie en fijne inrichting binnen. Enige opmerking die ik heb is dat het jammer is dat er lam op het menu staat, voelt tegenstrijdig als je je profileert als vegan friendly eettent. Maar al met al, geweldige ervaring en van harte aanbevolen!

The restaurant has a nice and warm ambience, and the staff was very friendly. The food... was the best. My mom (omni) and I (vegan) both had a pre and main course, but couldn't even finish our main completely because we were so full: the portions are generous. On the menu you can see very easily what is vega(n). The tastes were really good, and the food was very well prepared. We would definitely go again and recommend this place highly!

We had a Buddha bowl and a Brazilian stew, which were both fantastic in taste!
They also had oyster mushroom croquets which weren’t on the menu this time, but according to the reviews, also must be delicious.
The service is second to none. Super friendly and very funny.
Very relaxed atmosphere and very delicious food. Definitely will come back and all vegans should go and eat there when you visit Maastricht.

So I tried this restaurant on my last trip to Maastricht. I had no idea there was a restaurant in Maastricht with this many vegetarian options. And good options, too. My non-vegetarian boyfriend also enjoyed the food a lot. Definitely coming back here next time I visit Maastricht.
