Came here every day!! - Edit
I stayed at an Airbnb about 15 mins from here. I came here every day, it was so good!! The açaí bowls were amazing!! Probably the best I’ve ever had, no overly sweet. Just perfect. Got a strawberry, watermelon, passionfruit smoothie one day which was really good, as was the tofu poke bowl. Tried the vanilla soft serve which was really good! The vegan snickers was amaaaazing!!

I would rate this 5/5 but Happycow doesn’t let you do 5 stars for places that aren’t fully vegan

Fresh, and Healthy - Edit
Located at the pool at the LaCabana Resort. We stayed at the adjacent hotel but had either breakfast or a snack there every day. So many vegan options, in fact mostly vegan: smoothies, bowls, juices and protein bars. Made with fresh fruit and ingredients. Very quick service and fair prices.

Definitely a must while in Aruba - Edit
I had heard so much about Eduardo’s Beach Shack on FB Vegan Travel Group and IG vegan consultant blogger @veganaruba, I knew that I had to try out!
Read moreOh my goodness, so many vegan options on offer- smoothies, protein /fruit bowls, pancakes, energy balls, poke bowls and mains. Definitely something for everyone!
I asked for a recommendation and the cashier highly recommended the tacos and I of course spotted a vegan Snickers bar which I had to try! The tacos were freshly prepared and each one had different filling- black beans, legumes and sweet potato topped with onions, peppers and corn and came with a pot of guacamole and vegan chipotle mayo. So delicious! Saved room for dessert and that vegan Snickers bar should be experienced by everyone- big slice, filling and so yummy! So glad I tried it now to try Eduardo’s Hideaway for breakfast! 😋👍
Pros: Lots of vegan even GF options, good sized portions, reasonably priced

We went 5 times in 5 days - Edit
The food is so very, very good. the service is surprisingly fast so don’t let the long line intimidate you. The shack is located just off the beach, on the beachside path. There is limited picnic table seating, which is fine because we were there to eat. I never took pictures of my food because that would have required me to not eat it immediately, and that was not possible. We had tacos, strawberry smoothie, green juice (which was more fiber rich and kale tasting than I anticipated), some sort of bowl with chickpeas, and there were multiple incidents of the Eduardo’s Special Smoothie Bowl … for some reason, the peanut butter was really hitting the spot. Too bad it closes at 430pm, I swear I would have gone more if it was open later.

Neat place - Edit
We loved this place. You can walk right up at the beach. They offer bowls, vegan tacos, a chickpea bowl, vegan pad Thai and so much more. They have alternative kinds of milk for coffee too (almond, oat, coconut) The menu is very clearly labeled. Wish I could have gone twice. A great place to visit while on the island.

We shared Vegan tacos on the beach today. Delicious. All ingredients were fresh and the food delicious. Service was fast and staff smiling. Aruba is the happy island! They make an effort to reduce plastics and keep waste to a minimum.

Vegan Goodness Right on the Beach!!! - Edit
While on vacation in Aruba we frequented Palm Beach. We were told about this great beach shack so we decided to try it and boy were we happy about that decision. Eduardo’s has many great vegan options. During our stay we enjoyed some of their bowls (Aloha Poke Bowl and Waikiki Poke Bowl), their Vegan Tacos and Vegan Pad Thai and their vegan smoothies. The bowls were exploding with flavour! The watermelon tuna was fantastic! The smoothies at the end of a hot day on the beach hit the spot.
Read morePrices were very reasonable. It always has a lineup but they have a great set up at the beach shack which really helped to flow orders pretty quickly.
If you have a bit of a walk back to your spot on the beach they will put a lid on your order if you ask. Also, there are toppings and such at the pick up window (ie: coconut for the smoothies and smoothie bowls as well as soya sauce for the poke bowls). I didn’t realize this the first time we went.
Make sure to stop at Eduardo’s Beach Shack when at Palm Beach.
Pros: Great vegan options, Located right on the beach, Fast service

Went to Eduardo's today for a late lunch. It was busy which is always a good sign. We got the green goddess smoothie bowl, the vegan tacos and a small coconut ice cream. The presentation was really lovely. I appreciated that the smoothie bowl was really frozen giving extra time to eat it in the heat. The tacos were a bit spicy for me (I can't handle much spice) so I skipped the hot sauce it came with and picked out some of the jalapenos. The ice cream was absolutely perfect. My only regret is that we can't go again before we leave!

Favorite place to go! - Edit
I absolutely love getting food from Eduardo’s. I have been going there for years and they never disappoint. They have tons of options for delicious smoothie bowls and their savory dishes are also absolutely great. I’ve had them cater twice now and both times were fantastic. I can’t recomment this place enough. The prices are very reasonable considering how much fresh fruits and veggies you get on an island in every dish.
