Hoping for more - Edit

UPDATE: turns out that this restaurant has been using oyster sauce in most of their items that they’ve assured were vegan for nearly 2 years. I won’t be returning and will contact Happy Cow to have them removed from this app.

Over a year ago, I spoke to the owners at Edo, as did nearly a dozen other local vegans, asking for them to extend their sushi menu and remove beef broth from many of their sauces and egg from their tempura. No changes have been made thus far since I last checked in.
Other than that, we enjoy their fried rice without egg, miso soup, and veggie rolls. I’m really looking forward to them doing further research on how easy it would be to make spicy tuna flavored tomato. Nothing fancy required! I hope they follow through.

Great sushi options - Edit

Several vegan sushi options available, including avocado roll, avocado and cucumber roll, sweet potato tempura roll and a vegetable roll. There were other options as well (fried tofu appetizer and some hibachi entrees), but I only had the sushi, which was great!

Excellent food, great price. - Edit

My best friend treated me to this restaurant & we loved it! The restaurant is small, but it's super cute, and the wait staff is very friendly. It was quiet, which I loved. I ordered miso soup, a veggie roll with cucumbers, asparagus & avocado & an avocado roll, along with Hibachi tofu broccoli & mushrooms. I highly recommend this restaurant & we will be back again.

Pros: Quick food delivery, friendly staff, and good food

Cons: A few bugs flying around
