Fresh and delicious

We came for lunch, and ordered almost everything off the vegan menu.
Presentation and portion sizes were great though we probably over-ordered a bit!
The pan con tomate and padron peppers were to die for, and the romesco sauce with the spiced cauli was also amazing.
Nothing was heavy or oily.
We had churros (4, with chocolate sauce) and sorbet (3 generous scoops) to finish.
Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Bill came to £58 for 2 people with a couple of drinks, and I would say it was well worth it.

Good food, limited range

Pretty limited in what's on offer for vegans, but the quality of everything we had was excellent.

A wonderful dining experience

We really enjoyed our dinner at Edo. Even though it was a midweek evening the restaurant was full so I'd definitely advise booking in advance. The staff were very attentive and helpful regarding what was vegan/could be adapted to be so. I felt spoilt for choice and the flavours were excellent. The atmosphere and food quality felt like fine dining but the prices were reasonable and the staff made us feel very welcome as a family, interacting with my toddler.

Patatas bravo! Great tapas

We had all the vegan options on the menu and they were all delicious! The staff were lovely and offered to highlight all the vegan options and ones which could be altered to be vegan. There were 4 main plates and 5 sides/starters available for vegans so we had all 4 mains and 2 sides, so worked well for 2 but for more than 2 you would have to double up on some vegan dishes.

Pros: Lovely staff, Quick service

Cons: Not a huge range of vegan options

Racist

Racist chef and horrible staff. My friend went here for his birthday and had a bad experience with their racist chef and complained but they distorted the story and never apologised.

Also, they are deleting Google reviews so do not trust and don’t go here.

Cons: Racist chef and staff, Experience during service , Experience after issue was raised

Fantastic vegan options

Lovely restaurant with some great vegan options. As a Spanish, I can say it is one of the best tapas place I've tried outside of Spain! highly recommend the vegan patatas bravas, calçots (grilled onions and romesco) and vegan churros!

Will definitely visit again :)

Pros: Lovely staff! Their own IPA beer is also vegan

Tapas-style restaurant serving European food

Pronounced “Aye-Doh” and Latin for “I Eat”, EDŌ is a tapas-style restaurant serving food found throughout Europe via a sharing-themed menu. It’s ideal for those looking to dine on the finer side with modern and elegant décor yet still finding affordable price tags (it’s approximately £20pp for a three-course meal). And with the décor comes stylish cocktails to accompany the food.

They have a separate vegan menu offering mains such as a roast cauliflower steak and lentil dahl, and one of my favourite desserts… churros! You’re served three separate sticks coated in cinnamon sugar with a chocolate dipping sauce. Even now while writing this I’m tempted to fly back to Belfast just to nab myself a plate.

Pros: Separate Vegan Menu, Churros for dessert!, Cocktails

Fantastic tapas!

This place was spot on. It was busy as we walked in on a Friday night but we sat at the bar and enjoyed a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan tapas, with delicious handmade cocktails to boot. All the food was very fresh and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: Lots of veggie & vegan options, Great service, Great cocktails

Excellent Vegan Choice

Got dinner and dessert here on 5th March 2019. Staff gave warm greeting and took our coats as we were seated. I got the veggie burger and fries (not a bean burger; think carrot, sweet corn etc.) which came with delicious vegan mayo and a nice side salad. My partner got the vegan paella which she loved. For dessert we got churros and chocolate sauce, which were very yummy.

Pros: Separate vegan and vegetarian menu., Some of the best food we've ever had., Great staff and hospitality.

Lovely place

Lovely place to eat, separate vegetarian and vegan menus with lots of choice. Paella, burger and some other options. Asked if they did vegan desserts and they gave me churros and vegan ice cream and vegan chocolate dip which was amazing!!! Friendly staff who always asked if we wanted extra sides vegan or with dairy and would accommodate dishes to suit. Very pleased :))
