The best falafel

The falafel box was very tasty! Falafels were super crispy, salads were tasty and the hummus was creamy. Very nice place

Used to be better

Updated review* I went a while back and really enjoyed it but went again yesterday and it’s been a couple years and it just wasn’t as nice. The lady that took my order was really nice but the woman who severed me didn’t really seem to check my order so I wasn’t entirely sure if the splodge she added to the salad was vegan or not… the lady that took my order noted it was vegan and asked about it being spicy and I said yea. It wasn’t spicy at all, not even sure if it was my order I was handed 😂 The salad was ok but bit bland and dry, it was a tough dry £9 lunch 🫣

3.5/5 – Tasty wrap

Edna’s Kitchen has a few vegan offerings and most of the non-vegan offerings look like they can be easily veganised. I went for the Sabich Wrap which contains aubergine, hummus, salad and falafel instead of egg. I also added fries for an extra £1. The wrap was tasty and pretty enjoyable. I particularly liked the falafel and if I went back I would probably just get falafel and hummus.

Pros: Good vegan selection, Reasonable prices, Falafel was really delicious

Cons: Not fully vegan

Great falafel in the sun

We had a nice medium size falafel in a pita. You can only sit outside. Place was busy around lunch time.

Pros: Tasty falafel, Big portion

Veggie falafel place - great for a fine day

On a weekend visit to Bristol, we were staying nearby and were lucky enough to have fine weather so sat outside this place to eat brunch. The staff were helpful and readily adapted my salad pitta to be vegan (I think by including falafels instead of egg). It seemed good value, the food was tasty (we eat a lot of falafels so are quite fussy) and plentiful, and the view of the park was lovely - so it was pretty near perfect...

best falafel in Bristol

Seriously good falafel - go for the aubergine wrap and ask to swap the egg for falafel - amazing!
