Lots of Fresh Produce! - Edit
Edmonds Summer Market is a great market with some vegan options. There were a few explicitly vegan stands, like one with baked goods and one with chocolate truffles. Other vegan options were along the lines of bakeries with vegan options (such as bread) or a few food stalls with vegan options and/or vegan modifications. However, the real star of the show for me was the abundance of fresh fruit and veggies such as cherries, peaches, berries, fancy mushrooms, lettuce, herbs, etc.
Read moreWhile I wouldn’t say this is some unique or extraordinary farmers market, it’s a great stop if you’re in the area and if your interest is produce, nick-nacks, or possibly some baked goods.
