Excellent!

Fresh, flavorful, foodie-worthy sandwiches and sides. I’ve been trying everything off the menu and have not been disappointed yet. The Korean Fried Tofu is bomb! I could drink the sauce.

Michelin Level Food

Two sisters coming from high end veggie restaurants in NYC, including a Michelin Star restaurant, are making amazing sandwiches and sides. Everything is from scratch and full of flavor. No fake meat - tofu, mushroom, yuba, and veggies are the center of these sandwiches which are perfectly seasoned, sauced, and stacked. Crunchy, bright, umami, and luscious.

Highly recommend. Some of the finest vegan food in Buffalo.

Pros: Delicious , Creative , Vegetable-centered

Cons: Not around enough!, Messy

Excellent Vegan Food!

If you see this food truck, run, don’t walk to get some of their food before they sell out!

Great People, Beautiful Food!!!

If you want to be sure to get the full Edgy Vegy experience, get thee to their truck as early as you can. At their most recent happening, they sold out in 53 minutes, and for very good reason! Their food is fantastic! I had the New Orleans, a cornmeal-crusted cauliflower po’boy with veg, house-made pickles, and an awesome remoulade and paired it with their incredible watermelon salad and a mango lemonade. It was an incredible meal, and I can’t wait to head their way again!

Pros: Awesome food!, Great people!

Cons: A little too much plastic silverware.
