Comimos, ceviche de plátano y dedos de queso de entrada.
De platos fuertes el Hongo welligton que estaba delicioso, un sabor que no a todos agradaría y también pedimos la hamburguesa Honolulu igual muy rica.
De postre nos recomendaron un pan de muerto con helado y frutos qué estuvo magnífico, sorprendentemente no esperaba salir enamorado de este lugar...
Pros: El ceviche es una entrada muy fresca para comenzar, El Hongo welligton es algo que no había probado, El pan de muerto que hay de temporada

We came for the tortas which we were told they were out of tonight. We ordered the not bacon burger and the Wellington. The burger came out first and was completely eaten before the Wellington came out which wasn’t so nice. The food was good. The burger was great. The Wellington had a bizarre flavor. Churros we’re also good with chocolate ice cream. Host/waiter was very nice. Slightly disappointing but grateful for a vegan restaurant in the city.

We we craving hamburguesas and Eden had several options.
Read moreIt was also a lovely surprise to see Sopes as an appetizer- aka sopesitos! Vegan sopes are hard to come by, but Eden does them well.
We also had the very rich fake bacon burger and the burger Crují (deep fried mushrooms). Both delicious and enough that we couldn’t finish.
We wish it would have been busier. It would have had a bit of a buzz if we weren’t the only ones there.

I had the lasaña which seemed super good on the paper but was very disapointing. It was missing sauces between each pasta layer, therefore was dry and not really tasty.The pasta layer was pretty thick and aubergines were not enough cooked.There was a salad but without sauce.It's a pity because the place is really nice.

i the thing i enjoy most here are the no-chicken wings made from cauliflower but sometimes the batter has been raw or undercooked. plus very frequently they run out of pizza which is believe is their main dish so idk. #Veganuary

I don't like writing negative reviews but unfortunately had higher hopes for this place. Place itself and service was good, but food was average at best. Tried the lasagna and burger was disappointed by both, not in pair to the quality of many other vegan places in Guadalajara. Hope there was a reason for my experience that day.

The taco dish is one of the most creative things I have seen and it was delicious. It’s Not the kind of dish you eat when you’re hungry...but it’s perfect as an appetizer.... it was mushrooms breaded with shredded coconut and deep fried... the ‘tortillas’ were slices of jicama and there was beets and avocado.....the Pay de frutos rojos was fine but the crust was brick hard... will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.... I like meat replacements but I like how they use vegetables in creative ways

Beautiful Restaurant with Decent Food - Edit
I was very impressed when I walked into this lovely restaurant. I believe this is the fanciest vegan restaurant in Guadalajara. There is a lovely open air atrium in the restaurant, and the tables surround the atrium. I started with a multi-layered drink which looked gorgeous, but tasted artificial. The lasagna I ordered was rather average. I suppose I was expecting more due to the prices and the fancy decor and feel of the restaurant.
