Fantastic, cheap, easy vegan Filipino food - Edit
Eden vegan is so good and easy. They deliver or you can go to Greens Vegan Hub and order from the Eden Vegan menu. Most things from Greens are on this menu, but smaller portions, cheaper, and just as delicious. If it's not enough food, it's cheap enough that you can try a few things

Filipino vegan food, delivered - Edit
Ordered via Grab app, was delivered to our Air BnB in a timely fashion. Tried the sisig, BBQ skewers, and bifstek. I was very impressed with the quality of the food. My wife (Filipino, not vegan, and generally not open to vegan food) was generally impressed as well, particularly with the bifstek. The flavor profiles are spot on, and the textures are close enough that you may fool some non-vegans. Really nice option if you’re in Cebu and don’t want to have to deal with the traffic to get vegan food.
