Good spot for weekly groceries - Edit
I stock up here regularly on staples like tofu, tempeh, snacks, pasta, rice, canned beans and sauces, drinks, nutritional yeast, almond milk and more. There is a section for produce; although I generally prefer to shop at the frutería for that, they do have some things that can be hard to find elsewhere like kale and some fresh herbs. They also have a section for vitamins and supplements, and for bath/hair products. You can sign up for their free membership for some discounts. They're also available to deliver on Glovo, although not all items in the store are available there.

Tempeh + Vegan aioli - Edit
I go there mainly for 2 products I particularly like and can't find anywhere else: marinated tempeh (either soya or chickpea), and vegan aioli sauce. They also have a lot of gluten-free products, but they're very pricey.

Great wholefood & organic supermarket - Edit
Fab alternative to the mainstream supermarkets. Wide selection (NB not all vegan). Stocks fresh bread, chilled tasty stuff, fresh fruit & veg, and wine/beer as well as storecupboard items including lots of different plant milks.

Great shop, just not vegan - Edit
This shop has a very wide range of goods for any vegan. Unfortunately, it does have way too many non-vegan foods, ie. dead animals. As a vegan, I am ok with shops still offering vegetarian fare, yet offering meat is just so 20th century. Other than that this shop is really great and I will continue to support them since there really aren't many fully vegan shops out there.
Read morePros: Lots of vegan options, Centrally located, close to metro, Friendly staff
Cons: Offers dead animals, A bit expensive, Not 100% vegan

Well stocked - Edit
Not a completely vegan supermarket, but I'm sure it'll cover all your needs foodwise. Fresh fruit n vege section too, but very small. Cleaning n cosmetics, personal hygiene, food supplement's and vitamins too. I even bought a bamboo coffeecup for drinks on the run and a net bag for making nut/vege milks!
