Outstanding!!

The food was so fresh and laden with veggies. For $4 extra we added extra veggies to one of our curries and it was incredible. I'd say less than half of the time thai restos have Thai iced tea that can be made with coconut mile, the rest of the time it's pre mixed with dairy. YAY Eat Thai for having the option. The tea was amazing. And one if the staff gave us samples of other teas we hadn't tried before and they were delightful!! Such lovely staff and they have raised garden beds outside so some of the veggies are super fresh!! The person who wrote the just ok review clearly did order the wrong thing as our curries and the soup were totally flavorful and amazing. Can't wait to come again.

Pros: Parang curry, Massamun curry, Super nice staff and vibe

Decent Thai food

We finally have multiple Thai restaurants in Bismarck, but this was the first. There are plenty of clearly marked vegan choices, and the kitchen is flexible with special requests

Pros: Well marked vegan options

OK....

There are barely any vegan options in Bismarck, so we can’t be too picky here. I found the food here to be ok. The flavors and spice were 100% dialed back and lacking any excitement. Even the veggie rolls were bland and only had glass noodles and mushrooms - boring. But again, if I was sent to this area for business again I would come back. Maybe some of the other veg-friendly dishes are better than the Thai Fried Rice and veggie rolls that I had.

Gluten free & vegan deliciousness

Had the red curry & pad thai that are both gluten free on the menu and can be made vegan. Super delicious!! We chose spicy level 2. Beautiful place, has outdoor seating, grow their own herbs and some chili peppers.

Pros: Delicious , Very nice staff, Very nice looking proper restaurant

Cons: None

Great vegan options

I ordered the pineapple fried rice with tofu, extra veggies, no egg, and brown rice. It was delicious.

Pros: Clean restaurant, Easy to sub tofu for almost every dish, Fried spring rolls

Cons: Remember to ask for no egg in fried rice, Not a fully vegan restaurant

Vegan-friendly and delicious

The menu has items marked that have a veg option. Staff were knowledgeable about what was vegan, including letting us know there was a vegan sauce option for the pad Thai. When we ordered the pad Thai without eggs, we were asked if we wanted to add veggies (to the tofu) so there was more to the dish. We ordered both medium. They were a good level of spicy, and they gave us extra pepper powder just in case. The pineapple in the fried rice was definitely fresh and not canned. This is a great option if you find yourself looking for vegan food in Bismarck.

Update 5/30/19: This is now a brick and mortar restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The person taking our order wasn’t sure about vegan options, but other staff confirmed they could substitute vegan sauce for what we ordered: cashew stir fry with tofu and drunken noodles with tofu.

Pros: Staff knows what is vegan , Indoor and outdoor seating, Friendly staff

Cons: Serves meat and other non-vegan items, Menu doesn’t specify what is vegan/vegetarian
