Excellent Vietnamese for Vegans and Omnivores - Edit
I always order one of two dishes: Clay Pot Vegetables & Rice or Traditional Vermicelli / Bún Thịt Nướng with veggie spring rolls. Their fried veggie dumplings and veggie spring rolls are also very good. My friend ordered Clay pot chicken & rice and enjoyed it.

Tasty Vietnamese Food - Edit
This restaurant is in a quaint part of old Fairfax on Main Street. The vegan food here is outstanding. The fried rice I ordered had great flavor. I only wish they had added a few more veggies to the dish.
