Uses vegan mock meats made from soy and has substitutes for beef, chicken, and shrimp - you can choose.. Dishes include Buddha's delight, Kung Pao, vegan fried rice, lo mein, vegan Mongolian, vegan sesame, vegan orange, fried tofu vegetables, and more. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-9:30pm, Sat-Sun 12:00pm-9:30pm. Opens at 12pm on the weekends

So many mock meat choices or just good old tofu! My favorite is the fried rice and vegan orange tofu! They are awesome here!

Labeled vegetarian section specifies it is vegan. Mongolian "shrimp" was very good, but very spicy. Tofu spring rolls were huge and the peanut sauce was amazing. This is probably our new favorite Chinese in Denver.

The "New Vegan" portion of the menu does not disappoint! - Edit
This restaurant has a whole portion of their menu just for vegans! They will also happily answer questions if you have concerns about how anything is made. The Vegan Fried Rice and Vegan Lo Mein are two of my favorites from this place! The also offer vegan beef, chicken, and shrimp that can be added to any of their meals.
