Great Deli - Edit
There were too many vegan options to count! The staff was very friendly and helpful too.

Best grocery store for vegan options - Edit
Living in Boone, I’ve learned where my favorite grocery items are (Amy’s, SoDelicious, Gardein, etc). EarthFare definitely has the largest selection out of all the grocery stores in Boone. They keep the vegan options well-stocked as well- I don’t know how many times I grabbed the last bag of Gardein chik’n fingers at Harris Teeter! I shop here when I’m looking for something specific in the frozen foods section. They also have vegan frozen pizza and vegan/gluten free options. EarthFare is a little pricey. And the one thing they do not have is vegan whipped cream (nobody sells it in Boone, argh!).

Great Food! - Edit
I love the variety of foods they provide here for vegetarians and vegans. I have found great vegetables and fruits, awesome Amy's food, vegan cheese and vegan ice cream as well as pita bread and hummus and many other great things. Not only that but they provide vegan and cruelty free cosmetics and products, which is awesome. They aren't cheap though, but definitely worth the price.

Just like a small Wholefoods - Edit
Wholefoods, jr. In selection and price. It's a clean store and big enough for a large variety. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Food on Shelves in no Longer Fresh - Edit
I loved Earth Fare and shopped there as a regular for months until we started getting bread that was not fresh and was left on the shelf weeks after expiration, sushi that had dark brown expired salmon and garlic and cheese with things growing on it. Since the prices are on the high side - we try not to shop here unless we have to. Earth Fare needs to be more careful about what they keep on the shelf.
