Fresh and Flavorful - Edit
We ate dinner at Earl’s in Kamloops, Canada and were pleasantly surprised at the Vegetarian and Vegan offerings on the back page. My husband had the Sesame Citrus Tofu Noodle Bowl which had chilled ube noodles, herbed greens, peanuts, crispy onions, citrus chili dressing with crispy tofu. He said it was spicy, but very tasty. I had the Hunan Kung Pao. I asked for them to add tofu, but they only had crispy tofu which is deep fried which I don’t eat. I needed a protein and took the coating off of each cube of tofu. The dish had Wok vegetables, ginger soy sauce, and peanuts. I spiced it up with 6 Hunan peppers which was awesome! Great service and a happening vibe.
