Options are limited but the owner understands veganism and can make suggestions. Vegan choices include a hearty chili (cup or bowl), three bean salad, and sandwiches made with vegetables. Also sells packaged items, such as chips. No indoor seating. Order at the counter and take your items to go or to eat at picnic tables outside. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:00pm. Closed Sat and Sun.

Hearty soup after cold and windy day - Edit
Anyone who has visited Volcano knows that the vegan options are *extremely* limited. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the chili at Eagles Lighthouse Cafe is vegan, as well as the three bean salad. After a long morning of hiking in the cold wind and rain (yes, even in July!), a generous serving of hearty soup plus some salty chips were exactly what we needed. The prices were excellent — cheapest we came across in the area. If you keep your expectations reasonable and are looking for something warm and hearty after a hike, this place is perfect! If you want to eat somewhere with more variety and you're lucky enough to visit on a day they're actually open, try Cafe Ono.
