Very good Ramen and Mochi! - Edit
The staff at E Ramen was exceptionally welcoming and friendly! Food was served within minutes, too.
Read moreThe dirty vegan Ramen was very tasty. I really liked the slightly creamy broth. Only the tofu tasted a bit bland.
For dessert, they have several vegan ice cream mochis: chocolate-hazelnut (my favorite!), mango, lichee...definitely a recommendation. The music was a bit too loud for my taste.
Pros: Vegan Mochi, Friendly staff, Food was served fast
Cons: Music a bit too loud

Violates Americans with Disabilities Act - Edit
The hostess gave me a hard time for having a service animal and accused my service animal of being an ESA. Despite me repeatedly telling them that the animal was not an ESA, showing my animal’s service vest, and informing them the service that is provided for my disability, they denied me entry. When I told them that was illegal, they involved a security person in a neighboring building. I repeated the exact same things I told the hostess to the security person, and the security person thought it was okay for me to dine in. The hostess then articulated that they just did not approve of the service vest that I had and that they’ve had people "fake" service animals in the past. While I am sorry that has happened, that does not mean someone should judge future people. Restaurants are allowed to ask patrons to leave if a service animal misbehaves, however I never experienced this as my service animal is well trained. After denying me entry, humiliating me, laughing about the situation, and making me cry on the side of the street, the hostess never apologized or welcomed me to dine in the restaurant, only the security person apologized and told me I was allowed to be there. The hostess claimed to be informed on the ADA, service vests, service animals, etc. despite repeatedly articulating falsities regarding service animals and later stately they've never needed anything of the sort. Clearly there is a lack of awareness/sensitivity around disabilities as well as inadequate training. This person should not have a job if that is how they treat someone with a disability requiring a service animal, and their "laughing" at the situation has my heart break as the events of this night have been quite traumatizing for me and made me feel helpless for needing a service animal. Even though the security person told me I could eat here, I still did not feel welcome nor did I want to give money to an establishment that insinuated that I was lying about my disability and treated me less than other patrons for it.
Read moreUpdate:
The owner claims that I did not have a proper vest or confirm the services that my animal provided which is false, security footage shows this (although having a vest is not even a legal requirement). I've been advised to take legal action and file a formal ADA complaint with the DOJ Civil Rights Division and State of Georgia because of the discrimination I experienced and demands of the host that I show "certification" until I disclosed my disability.
Cons: Having my disability rights violated , Denied entry b/c hostess didn’t like service vest, Discriminated against for having service animal

Delicious Food! - Edit
The food was definitely delicious here and offered some vegan/vegetarian options, although not many. But what they do offer tastes great! My friend ordered the Dirty Vegan Ramen which was creamy and very satisfying. They also offer some vegan options for mochi ice cream. There is lychee and hazelnut chocolate; we wanted to try hazelnut chocolate, but unfortunately they were out.

Pretty good! - Edit
Cute little spot for a bite! I love the atmosphere of this restaurant and will probably go back at some point. I believe they only had one vegan option, the Dirty Vegan. It was pretty good, though not my absolute favourite. The spring rolls were good!

Yummy way to warm up - Edit
Ordered the dirty vegan via Grubhub for dinner on a chilly night. It was so delicious! Like the previous review mentioned, it was pretty simple. The “seasonal veggie” ended up being spinach, and I ordered extra but not quite sure that I got extra (always hard to tell with spinach). That said, the broth was super tasty, kale noodles tasted no different than traditional noodles, and the tofu skin was delicious. We also ordered the vegan vegetable fritters which comes with a sweet and sour sauce and those were SO yummy - only complaint is you just get two, wish there was more!! 🤗 Overall, highly recommend.

Very Flavorful Ramen - Edit
The Dirty Ramen was really really good! Very flavorful. It’s simple but delicious. The spring rolls however were like ones you buy in the frozen aisle. Nothing but fried bread.
