Ramen in the Hudson valley!

Very cute and modern ramen spot nestled in the heart of Arlington. The restaurant is super clean and The decor is modern and very nice! The people there are so sweet ensuring customers have a great experience (refilling the water and checking constantly if you need anything), the food was good too! While there are no clearly labeled vegan options, looking at the ingredients for their items I confidently ordered the vegetarian dumplings (fried) and vegetable ramen (with no ramen egg or Naruto to make it vegan) and I was honestly surprised! The dumplings were really good and had a pleasant tofu and cabbage flavor. The ramen could've used a little more salt but I was still overall good! As far as ramen options go in the mid Hudson valley (and vegan options in general) this is honestly a solid choice! I will be coming back!

Pros: Veg options, Nice atmosphere , Kind staff

Cons: Ramen broth was a little bland, No spice options other than Sriracha
