Lekkere groentesoep met stokbroodjes - Edit
De eerste keer dat ik hier kwam, tijdens het lopen van het Pieterpad, was m’n ervaring iets minder. De mensen waren toen niet zo vriendelijk. Toch heeft de lekkere soep me weer teruggebracht. Alle soep is vegan en het stokbrood met tomaten tapenade is ook heel lekker. Ook was het personeel nu heel vriendelijk. En natuurlijk gelegen op een prachtige plek in het bos.

Our waiter was very attentive and helped with our choices to keep everything vegan. The pancakes were delicious but the appetizers are definitely worth it as well. Cute location too

In het bos gelegen, rustige uitstraling. Moeilijk om te parkeren. Redelijk van kwaliteit maar lang wachten.

I went here for the vegan pancakes and hoped they would have some other vegan things too, but no. No other meal, no desserts. And they have rice milk for the vegan batter, but they could not make the hot chocolate drink vegan. Very nice location though! And nice people, and good pancakes, but nothing more for vegans.

Called in advance but no vegan pancakes - Edit
I called in advance to ask if it was possible to have vegan pancakes that day. They said it was no problem and I could come straight away so I drove 30 minutes to Duivelsberg. When I got there I ordered the vegan pancakes but the waitress told me there weren't any vegan pancakes. When I told her I had called in advance she went to ask the kitchen staff. When she came back she said someone had called for lactosefree pancakes, but not vegan. After some back and forth I left, this was a very disappointing experience.

Lovely place - Edit
I have been coming here as a kid, since I became vegan a couple of years ago I have been waiting for this. It's a lovely family style restaurant in the forest. If you go here I would recommend also going for a walk. In the weekends it's full of families with lots of kids.

Supernice restaurant in the forest, cute atmosphere. The pancakes are very good, even the gluten free version. The staff is friendly en very helpfull. Go there!
