Good but not great - Edit
The vegan option for breakfast was a plate of grilled vegetables and a dish of fruit. Everything was fresh and well prepared, just not special.

Vegan Breakfast possible - Edit
So the Vegetarian Breakfast platter is vegan friendly, if you don't mind that they will bring you honey, butter and a Nutella like spread in the basket (it is packaged, so they will give it to the next guest).
Read moreJust be very clear you want the Vegetarian Breakfast with the grilled vegetable platter, because they brought us a vegetarian omlette first, but were very apologetic.
On a Sunday, finding vegan breakfast was very difficult, so we were glad for this.
They have almond & soy milk options, too.
The "Latte" wasn't great, more like a watery cappuccino, but that might be a Dubrovnik thing.
We liked the bread rolls, they were good with Marmalade, even without butter.
Pros: Decent, filling Vegan breakfast , Nice Atmosphere & staff, Stellar Location
Cons: Need to be very clear about no egg

Nice vegan pizza - Edit
I had a vegetarian pizza without mozzarella for dinner, I liked it, very fresh ingredients and crunchy crust. The staff was super kind. Although they don't have vegan option but you can veganize plates.

Great Italian just outside Pile gate with views of the sea - Edit
Not a lot of vegan options, however the pizza marinara includes tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, olives and fresh basil and is vegan. They also offer side dishes that are vegan. A vegetarian vegetable risotto is also listed on the menu.
