I agree with a former reviewer, this is a bit pricey. Portions aren’t sized so that it makes sense to be as expensive. However, it is very nice inside and they do have non-meat options. As a brown woman in this world I am familiar with sometimes being treated differently from other patrons. That’s exactly what happened during my visit here. The staff was nice overall but was very neglectful. They were at the ready to attend to the table behind me, diagonally across from me and the two tables next to me. I placed my order for flat water, appetizer and entree. Appetizer came out after my main, as did my water (and that was only because I flagged the waiter down to re-ask for both of them). I was never brought any soy sauce, etc. Nice place but service should be the same for all patrons. Also food was just okay. I wouldn’t return here.

Meat in our “vegan” dish - Edit
They were very apologetic, but when we were 3/4 of the way through our Ma Po Tofu we found tiny bits of chicken. Lots of them. When we had ordered we used google translate to say “no meat fish eggs dairy fish sauce,” etc and showed it to our waiter in English and Italian. When we found the chicken bits they tried to argue that it wasn’t beef, it was chicken and we hadn’t mentioned chicken. We showed them the info we had supplied the waiter that said “no meat”. They said they were sorry, but it was too late. It was so distressing.
Read moreAlso, the restaurant was half empty but we waited SO long for our food. The people at the table next to us waited so long that they finally opened up a bag of trail mix and split it to hold them over until their food arrived!!
Finally, the other review said that they got a vegan meal with spring rolls. When we asked we were told there were eggs in the spring roll wrappers.

Delicious vegan meal - Edit
Had a delicious vegan meal here in June 2019 with my family. So relieved to find a good Chinese restaurant and the staff spoke English. Had spring rolls, noodles, rice, tofu veg stir-fry and a spicy potato dish. They also have other vegan options. Nice ambience.
