Vegan cookies & fun soy milk flavors

I was in Kaohsiung for three days and got two bottles of soymilk here every day. On the third day I finally asked if the baked goods had eggs and found out that they offer vegan cookies! The scones have eggs (no dairy). I was really happy because I went to a vegetarian bakery across town (How Yeia 皓月素食烘焙坊) and they only had one vegan option that day. 😭 So three flavors of cookies was comparatively amazing. It’s pretty easy to find savory vegan food in Taiwan, but sweets are a bit harder to come by. I enjoyed the taro, sesame walnut, and red quinoa flavors of soymilk. ❤️ The name is a pun on “uncle” and “soybean.”
