Changed their menu to non vegetarian friendly - Edit

They changed their menu and removed all the vegetarian options. Previously noodles and dumplings had vegeratian option and now they have decided to add chicken powder even for veg dumpling.

I inquired about this today and it’s not true, at least not as of 10/10/24.

Yum! - Edit

Plenty of vegan options and slightly more affordable than Din Tai Fung. (Although I would say Din Tai Fung has more variety.) The kale salad with sweet and sour dressing can’t be beat!

Delicious with lots of vegan options! - Edit

Very friendly staff helped me navigate the menu. The Dan Dan noodles were simple in a spicy peanut sauce with a little spring onion. I love the distinctive sensation of the Szechuan peppercorns.

The steamed veggie dumplings were equally amazing: very delicate and flavored with Chinese greens. Soy sauce and chili paste for dipping made them extra tasty.

I like the tapas style menu where you get smaller portions and order more items. I will be back soon! **Please know that this Bellevue location is the only one catering to vegans due to the large numbers of vegetarians from India in the area. That is to say there may not be any or as many vegan items at other locations.

Pros: Lots of vegan options (but ask to make sure), Delicious and reasonably priced., Friendly staff.
