Crepe and coffee - Edit
The café is small, but has a great atmosphere. I had a strawberry-banana-chocolate crepe and a coffee. The coffee was good and relatively cheap, and the crepe was delicious and packed full of chocolate, as well as bananas and strawberries. The crepe was well priced, too.

Delicious Vegan Crepes! A must-have if you're visiting Sapporo or Otaru. - Edit
This shop just opened up about a month or so before I went. They sell several kinds of vegan crepes, all of which look amazing! My husband and I ended up eating 4 crepes between the two of us over the course of 2 days while we were staying in Otaru. All of the ones we had were delicious! They also have "nice cream" and fruit sandwiches, but when I asked about the fruit sandwiches they said that the bread has shortening in it and so they can't verify that it's vegan. (The cream in the sandwiches is soy-based, same as the crepes.) We ended up just having the crepes but it was more than enough! Not only were they absolutely delicious, they were also quite filling and not expensive at all for the size and quality (about 600~700 yen each, Tokyo would probably charge 2-3 times that much). I highly recommend this shop! Also, while we were there, we found a vegetarian bento shop two doors down that has vegan options! I'll be adding that shop to Happy Cow soon. It was nice to have these shops because the vegan options in Otaru are sparse.
