Elevated food with prices to match - Edit
I dropped in to check out this place after coming upon the Mexico City location. While one of many in CDMX, in Valle de Bravo, this is one elevated cafe considering its very bucolic surroundings, which includes mostly farmland and family compounds. I ordered a chai latte with almond milk (90 pesos/$5) upon arrival and wasn't impressed, but then feeling hungry, I ordered the shakshuka toast--WOW! That is some of the best toast I've had: eggs perfectly cooked over sturdy, crispy toast with a rich, tangy red sauce accompanied by a simple salad with an exceptional creamy dressing. Beyond that, there was quite a selection of vegan/vegetarian options! What did I find in common between the two locations? The service was wonderful in both--welcoming, patient and helpful.

This place continues to impress--the accommodating, engaging staff, the elevated food, the sweet environs--we enjoy it often! Five stars!
