Great location, lovely staff, vegan desserts available! - Edit
We opted for the masala dosa with sambar, it was served on metal trays just like India! We also got the Amazonia dosa. The masala one was the best! Plus I got a fruit bomb cake (there were also 3 other desserts to choose from!) and a fresh mint tea. They served cold drinks with metal reusable spoons, love their philosophy.

Lovely restaurant with loads of vegan dishes. Dosas are big and come with a small salad and some sauces. We had classic and burger one but they also have more Mediterranean style one. Friendly staff. Free water. Metal straws. Great place.

Would definitely recommend this place. The food is incredibly tasty and fresh. Everything on the base menu is vegan, but some of the optional extras aren’t. The mango mayo dip is amazing. Make sure to ask for some with your dosa!

Great place tucked away on a quiet street not far from the beach. Shared an amazing dosa with a couple of cold fresh juices. Friendly service. Certainly be returning here.

I was unsure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. They are specialised in Dosa, which are made fresh to order with fresh ingredients. The smoothies are nice too. The use metallic reusable straws which is a brownie point!

Very innovative to use the dosa as base for every menu item. It's like a wrap, but very wholesome and tastes nice. Very good food and you can create your own balance in the taste with two sauces, one spicy and one sweet. Recommend it for a healthy choice and the desserts are excellent.

Honestly one of the best meals we've ever had! Found this little gem thanks to Happy Cow. Really cute little restaurant, just a few minutes from the beach and main town centre. Sat outside in the sunshine with some local vino and beer.

Service really good, very lovely owners/staff, had nice chattings with them throughout the evening.
For what we ate and drank, the price was more than reasonable.
We've already booked to go back again this week during our Barcelona/Castelldefels/Sitges holiday.

We had two masala dosas, which came with coriander dip, a coconut and mango dip, plus two tasty salads. The freshly made juices were also fab. In total, just 28 Euros.
Will definitely be back here if we're ever in Sitges and would highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Alcohol also available.

So far I have visited Dosa Nova twice and both times the food was great. Some dosas you can order with (or without) an egg, other wise it's all vegan. Last Saturday I celebrated my birthday there and my partner had asked for a vegan cake. It was delicious chocolate cake! Basically they offer four different types of dosas, cripsy Sri Lankan pancakes plus some daily options like soups and salads. The restaurant is situated on a small, peaceful lane just two minutes from the beach. The service might be little slow but really friendly. Those of us who sat on the stools, wish there were cushions.
