Delicious Dosas - Edit
I had the pleasure of eating at Dosa Bar a few days ago. The food was very tasty - I ordered the green dosa, which came with a small side of sambar and three small chutneys. The dish was slightly spicy which added a nice touch. The restaurant has kosher supervision from Tzohar (and not the rabbanut). Was very satisfied, will happily return. Happy to report that aircon was working fine (as opposed to a previous reviewer), also outdoor seating is available. I've uploaded a few pics from the restaurant.

First and foremost, this is a rather small restaurant. So beware that it might be full at certain times. Alright, on with the review. I absolutely loved this place. The servers are very friendly and helpful. The food tastes great as well, and if you like spice, they sure have that option for you. I'd recommend their dosa. I had the opportunity to try the sweet potato and house dosa (mix sweet and regular potato). They were both delicious (tho I prefered the full sweet potato one)

As first timers, my family and I were very appreciative of the friendly wait staff, who took the time to explain every dish and make recommendations. We sampled all the various options and everything was fresh, healthy & tasty, all at very reasonable prices. We'll be back!

Although i am generally not a big fan of Indian food, i really enjoyed my meal at dosa bar. The restaurant offers a variety of dosas (crepe-type based dishes served with vegetable fillings), thali sets (rice based dishes) and uttapam (a sort of bread-like dish with vegetables and dips). We ordered several dishes and split them among ourselves. My favorites were the orange dosa (with sweet potato) and the purple dosa (with beets, olives, and tofu). The Ganesh thali was also one of the table's favorites. It is also worth noting that restaurant's wait staff was great, patiently describing the dishes and providing recommendations for those less familiar with Indian food. The prices are also.very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant even if you are generally not a huge fan of Indian food. It is also an excellent dinning choice for going out with non-vegan friends - my non-vegan friends were joking about going with me to a vegan restaurant but they all enjoyed it and said they would go back.

Randomly walked passed here and what a gem! We tried the orange and purple Dosa's and favoured the orange (loove the sweet potatoe) and some Pedi (i think) which was our favourite. Also the kurkuma dessert was delicious, would recommend!

I love Indian food. But in the Israeli scene, the Dosa Bar is far from a general Indian restaurant. It is the only one I know of (there could be others, somewhere), which serves dosas, and does it very well. They also have something called Otpam, which is a sort of rice flour fuccacia (?), and is quite a fun addition to the meal if you're hungry.

I love Dosa bar for all the reasons possible; amazing atmosphere, good service, and most importantly- delicious food. I had a dosa with 2 different fillings, Palak panir made of the best quality tofu, and Otopum. All was amazing. Gluten free, and vegan, and they will ask how hot(chilli wise) you want your food to be. I had the best experience. Cant wait to dine there again.
